How do I get the most value from FrontLobby once I've upgraded to Premium?
FrontLobby Premium unlocks advanced features for Landlords and Property Managers focused on Credit Bureau Rent Reporting, discounts on Tenant Screening, notification tools and more.
FrontLobby offers several features and products to help Housing Providers maximize their NOI. Here is a list of steps to take to start seeing value out of your FrontLobby membership.
- Verify your identity - An important first step so that rental data can be reported to the Credit Bureaus and Credit Reports can be accessed (Steps for Canada and USA).
- Review our Legal Framework - Acquaint yourself with how FrontLobby works and when consent is and is not required (Canadian Legal Framework and US Legal Framework).
- Add your Tenants by creating a Lease Record - To use the internal recordkeeping function or start reporting to Credit Bureaus, start in the My Leases Tab.
- Enable Rent Reporting for current Tenants - Make sure you get paid on time and reward on-time payments by sharing payments and non-payments with the Credit Bureaus.
- Enable Debt Reporting to recover debts from former Tenants - If a former Tenant owes a debt, enter them as a former Tenant under the My Leases tab and turn on Debt Reporting to maximize the likelihood of recovering the debt. See HERE for more details.
- Activate Tenant notifications - Create positive and proactive communication with your Tenants by using rent reminders and late payment notifications. Navigate to the My Leases tab, click on the Tenants' name and turn on any desired notifications in the Notifications to Tenants section.
- Screen Tenants with Credit Checks - FrontLobby provides instantaneous, long form Credit Reports with credit scores to help select the best Tenants possible.
- Add our clauses to your leases and applications - Protect yourself and screen tenants more efficiently by adding our clauses to rental applications and leases (Canadian Clauses and US Clauses).
