Accurate Tenant and property details are required to secure a tradeline with the Credit Bureaus.
To report rental data to the Credit Bureaus you will need the Tenants’:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Property Details
- Date of Birth
- Social Insurance Number - May be used in addition to a date of birth for Canada
- Social Security Number – Is recommended in the US to send details to Credit Bureaus
