# Who is FrontLobby?

## FrontLobby provides Tenant Screening tools, the ability to report rental payments and debts to the Credit Bureaus.

FrontLobby’s mission is to improve renting for everyone by helping Landlords and Tenants prosper.

FrontLobby is an innovative platform that seeks to empower the businesses and lives of Landlords and Property Managers while enriching the lives of responsible Tenants and their loved ones.  

Core Services: 

- Rent Reporting – Monthly reporting of current Tenants’ rent payments and debts to Credit Bureaus like Equifax, TransUnion, Experian and Landlord Credit Bureau (LCB).

- Tenant Screening – Instant Credit & Background checks.

- Former Tenant Debt Reporting – Help recover former Tenant debt for a low one-time fee.

- Recordkeeping & Communication Tools – Track Tenant history and communication.

**Example:** A Landlord reports monthly rent through FrontLobby. When a Tenant pays on time, their credit score can go up, if there is ever a debt, that can get reported to the credit bureaus. This helps reduce late payments and delinquencies.
