When signing up, why am I asked questions that pertain to my consumer credit history?
FrontLobby does not allow data contributed anonymously to be reported to Credit Bureaus. ID verification can occur through a platform called persona, document submission or an ID process provided by Equifax.
One option to verify your identity is the ID process provided by Equifax. When going through this process, you are asked questions pertaining to your credit history, however this process will not impact your credit score.
Even if you are registering a company, FrontLobby still needs to verify all persons on the account. Once verified you can enter company details that will be displayed for your Tenants.
This verification and credentialing process is required prior to using most FrontLobby features including running Credit Checks and sharing information with Credit Bureaus.
