What security measures does FrontLobby use to protect private consumer information?

FrontLobby works with Amazon Web Services to provide some of the most advanced technology for internet security and to keep our user data safe.

FrontLobby takes privacy and security very seriously. Our site is accessed through HTTPS and all sensitive information is encrypted using industry standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, commonly called SSL (Secure Sockets Layers). Data is only available to authorized users who login using a unique username and password. This requirement enables us to track which user account triggered an action and enact security lockouts when needed.

Consumer data is stored securely according to sovereignty regulations using Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS encrypts everything at rest including data backups using Amazon RDS Encryption. As the industry leader, Amazon offers the highest level of security and privacy protocols including ISO 27017, ISO 27701, ISO 27018 and SOC 1-3 Compliance.
