What security measures does FrontLobby use to protect private consumer information?
FrontLobby has many security measures to keep your data safe including using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
FrontLobby security features include:
- HTTPS access with TLS (Transport Layer Security)/SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) encryption
- Data is only available to authorized users with unique logins
- Account actions can be tracked and lockouts used as if needed
- Data stored in compliance with sovereignty rules by AWS
- Backups encrypted at rest with Amazon RDS Encryption
- AWS compliance: ISO 27017, ISO 27701, ISO 27018, SOC 1-3
Example: If a Landlord uploads Tenant payment records, they are encrypted and stored securely in Canada or the USA based on account location.
