What does Rent Reporting cost in Canada?
Rent Reporting is available with the Annual Premium Membership for $239/yr. This allows you to report the rental data of 20 current leases/month and gives you significant discounts on other products.
To report on-time payments and debts for current Tenants to the Credit Bureaus you will need a FrontLobby Premium membership.
- Only Premium members can report current Tenants’ rental payments or non-payments
- Annual Premium: $239/year (20 leases/month included; +$1 for each extra lease)
- Premium members receive significant discounts on Tenant Screening
- Premium members receive significant discounts on Debt Reporting for former Tenants: $99.99 (annual Premium), $199.99 (Basic members)
