# How to create a Lease Record?

## A FrontLobby Lease Record contains relevant details pertaining to the tenancy and may be used for internal record keeping purposes or in some instances, shared with Credit Bureaus.

Lease Records contain details pertaining to a tenancy including monthly rental payment records, Landlord contact details and the Landlord internal notes on the lease.

To create a Lease Record with FrontLobby: 

1. [**Login**](https://app.frontlobby.com/login) to your FrontLobby account
2. Open the **My Leases** tab
3. Select **+** **Add Lease**
4. For a tenant currently living in your property, select **Current**
5. Select the property
6. Include the monthly rent
7. Enter the tenant details
8. Click **Save**
