How can I change my billing email address?

Account and billing details are easily updated in your FrontLobby account.

If you wish to use a different email address for billing purposes: 

  1. Login to your FrontLobby account
  2. Go to My Account by clicking your name (bottom left)
  3. Open the Organization tab
  4. Under Company Details, click Edit
  5. Enter your new billing email
  6. Click Save
