# How do I view the emails being sent to my Tenants?

## FrontLobby provides both optional and automated notification tools for Landlords and Property Managers.

FrontLobby provides several notifications tools that members may choose to utilize.

**View Sample Notifications** - To view FrontLobby email samples:

1. [**Login**](https://app.frontlobby.com/login) to your FrontLobby account
2. Open the **My Leases** tab
3. Click on a Tenant to open their Lease Record
4. Scroll down to the **Notifications to Tenants** section
5. Click on **View Sample** beside the desired email option

**Receive a Copy of Emails\*** - To receive a copy of the emails sent to Tenants: 

1. [**Login**](https://app.frontlobby.com/login) to your FrontLobby account
2. Open the **My Leases** tab
3. Click on a Tenant to open their Lease Record
4. Scroll down to the **Notifications to Tenants** section
5. Turn on “**Send me a copy of every email**”
6. Click **Save**

**View Email Activity\*** - To view a timestamped record of all emails that have been sent to Tenants: 

1. [**Login**](https://app.frontlobby.com/login) to your FrontLobby account
2. Open the **Activity Tracker** tab
